Nigel remains a key contact through implementation, to business as usual service delivery, and assists with adjusting our Services to facilitate changes in your business. Nigel will ensure well-laid plans are realised.

Reuben’s team is at the end of the phone for our customers 24 x 7. His Service Desk team is the key point of contact for day to day support, providing a single point of contact for all of your users, including product usage queries, faults and MACs (Moves, Adds, Changes). Reuben makes sure our customers are getting on with their business and not worrying about IT.

Stephen’s team manages the implementation of your services, from Appserv’s infrastructure right through to the equipment your users will use day to day. He is responsible for making complex tasks, like upgrading your mission critical applications, moving or refitting your office, simple and making simple tasks simpler. With Stephen on the job, IT just happens.

Quinn’s team is constantly reviewing the systems and infrastructure that deliver our services. They’re kept busy designing, planning and implementing upgrades. When we are implementing new or upgrading our core systems Quinn will ensure this is done without interruption to the smooth operation of our services. Quinn does not like any disruption to services, at all.
